Firms in Boston?

I'm looking for firms in Boston who are offering entry level Equity Trader positions. I've heard of companies who will train you for three months (unpaid) and then let you trade their capital once the training period is over.

Does anyone know anything like this? I would really like to stay in the Mass area.
 
Thanks. I actually contacted that firm, and they said they are waiting a few more weeks before they start phone screens.

Other firms I found were Wildwood Trading, LLC and Platinum Capital (Salem, NH). Platinum wanted $2,000 to train you for 3-6 months. That one didn't really fit into my plans. I actually was offered a position at Wildwood last August, however, I didn't really look into the position and turned it down because I didn't want to work for three months without pay.

I've changed my mind since then, and would work for a firm that doesn't pay while I train. However, I don't want have to PAY to get TRAINED.
