Finviz, how to use it when day trading?

How do you use Finviz when it comes to day trading? I would look for a stock that has the high %change and then short the stock but it has not been working for me for a couple of weeks.

From a technical point of view how do you use Finviz? do I have to consider the ATR? Vol? RSI? and gap?

Mostly I've been using their screener - when checking stocks that publish earnings. But for daytrading, when do you need real time scanners - when I compare finviz and trade-ideas - the second one is much more better in my opinion.

Finviz is ok for research.

How to use it? That depends on your strategy. It is just a filter. better suited for fundamental analysis, i.e. longer term trades. Not that useful day trading.

Your question is to vague, it is like saying you want to build a house and have a tape measure. Then ask How to use it.
