A 51-year-old Churchville man federal officials say used Medicare money to pay for travel, tuition for his son, home renovations and a luxury car faces up to 370 years in prison.
A jury Thursday found Matthew Kolodesh -- also known as Matvei Kolodech -- of Edwards Drive, guilty of conspiracy to defraud Medicare of more than $14 million through his home hospice business, according to United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
