Given the various places to dig up data on companies, does anyone have a suggestion on where would I might find
a comprehensive list of companies that had an IPO, SPO, Merger/Takeover, and or share repurchase since 1998? I would also need a few data points in Excel format on the actual transactions. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
