I was thinking more in terms of, who is ever going to want to rent that apartment, or live in that building, it's fame is now legendary, especially in a small townQuote from southall:
In the uk there is landlord insurance
Fire, smoke, explosions, Malicious persons or vandals that should cover it.

I recently sold my house and moved to an apartment. My landlord is very good, he gives me good value for a wonderful old apartment (built back when they cared) and fixes anything immediately if it goes wrong.
Where you get this idea that most people are any one way is just a stereotyipcal shortcoming on your part.
But I will say this, most people who reply to threads I start are total idiots.
Thanks for the reply

hey random, missed the monicker, didn't realize it was you replying. Yes, you are probably right from the looks of it on TV it would be a service to mankind if the whole place was leveled.Quote from Random.Capital:
People have short memories.
And construction quality sucks, building won't last anyway.
Wouldn't worry about it, to be honest.

Question: How does an unemployed medical student afford $20,000 in weapons gear?
Someone else taught this guy these skills and funded the acquisition of the equipment.
If you start to look at the really big picture here, the obvious question arises: How does an unemployed medical student afford all the complex weapons gear, bomb-making gear, "flammable" booby trap devices, ammunition, multiple magazines, bullet-proof vest, groin protection, ballistic helmet, SWAT uniform and all the rest of it?
A decent AR-15 rifle costs $1,000 or more all by itself. The shotgun and handgun might run another $800 total. Spare mags, sights, slings, and so on will run you at least another $1,000 across three firearms. The bullet-proof vest is easily another $800, and the cost of the bomb-making gear is anybody's guess. With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices and more, I'm guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.

heck, you ought to come out to where I live. Most of these guys don't even have jobs and only work when the weather is good, yet somehow they all have 10k bass boats and 20k pick em up trucks (and yes, if it aint ginseng or mushrooms or white lightning it is a little pot grown here and there.)Quote from itsame:

The killer who killed 95 people in Norway, is a police officer. Does this mean no guns for Police officers also?
