This post is within the esoteric, but off-topic in regards to this specific thread title. I don't think it warrants a new thread because it does fit here in a way.
Numerology.

Month = 6
Day = 6
Year = 2+0+1+3 = 6
6+6+6 = 18
1+8 = 9
In (some schools of) numerology, 9 is the number of "completion". It has basis in astrology, vibrations, harmonics, etc.
Completion of downmove? Upmove is completed?
