Filled Order Triggering Another

Is there a variation of the OCO order that allows a person to set a buy and sell order at the same time so that if the buy order is completed the sell order would be automatically placed?

Example: A buy limit order which at execution would trigger a sell limit order for the given quantity and price selected before the execution of the buy.

Currently, I am using scottrade. Is this available through other brokers?

Is it something available through a trading software package?
 
Since I work while the market is open, another example would be an order set in the evening to buy at market on open and a sell limit order for a given amount above open price.

Is this possible?
