Still collecting evidence. We are in this industry for many years and believe there's no need to offend anyone until all efforts have been tried . During these years, we have seen friends lose over $2 million just due to deposit withdrawing issue. We always try to keep cautious. We are lucky but until last year. In my friends' cases, some of them really hired attorney and sued those firms. As usual, no money is returned till now.
 
This is a difficult issue when dealing with prop firms. That is why I always point out to those entering these "deal", care as much about the management and their finances as your commission rate. Only do business with people you can trust.
 
We are pretty dam lucky to have Robert here, we need to support each other and if you have the equity Robert's rates are ultra competitive!
 
If you don't wish to reveal the name of the brokerage, then yes your best bet is to consult with your lawyer and follow his advice since without more information no one can help you. Do remember if you are making false statements, you can be sued by the brokerage and they can request to have your ip address traced so don't think you are invisible here. If I was your lawyer I would tell you to shut up and let me handle it.
