Going off your explanation with the fibs, attached, 5m charts, fibs drawn from the stop for a retracement to the downside, is this correct and then S waits for his signal with the macd etc.

Thank you for the great thread. Attached pic with 3 pip bars, zerolag macd and 174 ema...is the .86 retrace shown a valid entry? To have an idea if I'm reading the signals correctly, out of 10 signals how many are wins?

note where the macd cross over point is.......
far away fom the histo bars
over bought
macd histo bars diverged.

exit was the h and s or db at the 5.7 area
notice the histo bars turned positive here
diverged

i will post up a few more pics on histo bar diverge.

I have put a box around price action, is this DT you refer to as the first signal? Do you look at divergence on the histogram only and not the macd?

I will try to find second signal...
