Few notes on AMP Global

Easy everyone....we researched @MarkBrown pending application and found the reason why it was delayed in processing.

Our new accounts team was not alerted once the application supporting documents were uploaded....simple technical delay.

All is sorted now...we look forward to support all ET members and @MarkBrown reach your trading goals!

i will state that AMP made good on it and that's what customer service should be like. thanks m

the reason i replied was because he is putting out wrong information..you know i have nothing to do with Amp only from a potential new customer point of view..i speak the facts as i see them..others can of course do the same..but they should not start cursing and calling people names..if they do then they deserve to be treated the same way..

any small trader..in my opinion.. should take full advantage of low cost low risk trading..at the moment Amp futures offer the best way to achieve this by providing very good platforms..and the lowest fees for the MES contract at $0.37 per side for an Amp Global account..no one else out there currently offer this as far as i know..if they do i will check it out and give my opinion of the overall service..the same as i am doing here..

hypocritical much? how would you know anything about customer service if you have not went thru the process? i was asking stupid questions like requesting updates for account status which went completely unanswered for 8 days. it wasn't until i finally posted, did i get any response. that's the fucking facts jack.

now you want to keep it going or stfu?

making some assumptions about someone who can actually produce a independently audited and published track record, named as top emerging money manager in the year 2000. i have made some improvements since.

Has anyone used AMP’s service called ACH To fund an AMP account? If so how did you do it?

impossible to do - ach has to be requested from someone not sent to someone. and amp has no way to request, don't even know why they offer any such.

now they do say that you may be able to do bill pay to them - might give that a try.

i gave up and wired the money to fund my test account with them.

Has anyone used AMP’s service called ACH To fund an AMP account? If so how did you do it?

Step 1. You open an account with AMP.

Step 2. You ACH send money to your AMP account.

Step 3. If that does not work, see step 1.
