At least in the modern age we do not have to worry about them scaring the horses which was the number one concern of yesteryear in regard to scary things in public. So let us be thankful for that.

Maybe Fetterman should up his game and run for President. He is more functional than Biden is.

Well John, your constituents are depressed with watching the daily circus occurring in Washington D.C. as well. They elected you to fix it. Fixing it requires putting on your big boy pants and showing up at work every day --- rather than checking yourself in to a hospital for depression. And how, pray tell, will he do that while clinically depressed? The only difference between John and every other clinically depressed congress critter is that his issue is public. Feinstein has had noticeable dementia for 2 terms already, is the MSM reporting that or singing her praises of being an average AF corporatist retiring?

It’s hard to watch this but like any human being with a soul I’m pulling for John Fetterman to recover and thrive.

An interesting thing I just learned I thought was worthy of sharing is that approximately 1/3 of stroke survivors suffer depression afterward.

He does not appear to have done much in life.

Anything he has done in life would work out with his depression. He was mayor of some dinky town, for example, and the record shows he seldom showed up for work or meetings.

He got a free house from sister. He has a trust fund to keep him going. All of those factors work out pretty well if you are depressed.

Then his woman there gets ambitious about a Senate run. More for herself than for him. And in his first experience of actually having to show up and perform it is devastating for him physically and mentally. Because of his free-loading lifestyle before, he avoided all of that until well into middle age.

After his stroke Fetterman was pushed by his wife to continue in the race, now they say he didnt properly spend the time needed to recover from the stroke. he may have permanent brain damage

If he cant complete his term Governor Shapiro would appoint a new senator, but according to law that appointment would need to run again in the next election meaning 2024

They will prop Fetterman until he takes his last breath
