FESX/DAX and $TICK

JK - actually you can build one by taking the most active listings for whatever index you are trading and make your own - I have one I built for the DJ EuroStoxx50 and the DAX.
 
Not sure how accurate that would be considering the latency in the data feed in determining if the stock traded on the offer vs. bid.
