Proactive publishes an all-in RT rate of 3.20 USD.

What is a "good" negotiated USD rate for FESX?

Try Open E Cry, I think I paid something like $2.00 RT. I'll have to find a statement to confirm.

Edit: I think there are clearing fees on top of that pushing the total to something over $3 RT but everything is negotiable.
 
Just an update on PUBLISHED commissions for FESX...

InteractiveBrokers Unbundled, 2 EUR per side, approx 5.40 USD RT

OpenECry, 1.89 USD per side, 3.78 USD RT

Proactive Futures, 2.35 - 3.20 USD RT, volume based.

VTFutures, 1.64 - 4.74 USD RT, platform and/or volume based.

Velocity Futures , 1.40 - 4.50 EUR RT, approx 1.89 - 6.07 USD RT, platform and/or volume based.

While doing this research, I stumbled on a PUBLISHED mini rate of 3.42 RT, no muss, no fuss, no bs.

It's cut-throat out there. :D

Yes, you are correct. Sorry for the error. My brain was in Eurex at the time.

PLEASE DISREGARD PREVIOUS MENTION OF PUBLISHED 3.42 RT RATE FOR MINIS. IT IS PER SIDE, WHICH IS NOT EVEN COMPETITIVE!!
