How is the judicial branch compromised? The justice department and a special prosecutor- if one were to be appointed- would be part of the executive branch - not the judicial branch- and any prosecutorial action they took would go through a grand jury in regular order.

Well, Clinton is a witch. And, there is definitely enough evidence to appoint a Special Counsel. Even a partisan Democrat should know that.
