I am seeing the status of feeling bored quite often on facebook. Do you also put this status?

I could maybe understand it if it were used mostly for friends and families keeping up with various events such as birthdays weddings and the like.

But "I'm sitting on the couch having a coffee" or "I just had a major bowel movement"....

I don't get the appeal. But then I don't get the appeal of reality tv or spectator sports either. So maybe it's just me.
