It would be cheaper to move to be honest. Also - the whole infrastructure out this way is all on poles so putting my wires underground locally is one thing but unless I were to bury everything between my office and the node it's really not worth it.
I'm on the same backbone as Bridgewater Associates so if I go down they go down... At some point wasting time worrying about or trying to prevent things generally considered "acts of god" isn't productive.
