Here we are folks. Monday October 27th, 2014, Crisp morning here in PA, and we're looking forward to another 65 degree day.

The daily channel has price sitting above the mean. It has DTed with price on 10/9.

Traders are still finding value in this channel, as suggested by AMT.

On the hourly traders price has broken an important demand line premarket, suggesting traders are looking elsewhere for value. It broke at about 4028 with price currently at 4020.

Possible tests around 3940.

At 930, I will avoid the open again showing my unwavering discipline to my plan. I don't know for how long. Until I don't feel like I have to make a trade probably. 5 or 10 minutes.

Could go either way today.

@ the open.., never hesitate to stand pat until the mkt reveals its intentions - eventually price will break / head one way..., or the other..., with conviction

And has never failed to do so..., for as long as I've been trading

More than once I've waited upward of 30 to 45 minutes


Goal is not to simply put on trades

It's to protect capital first..., then make money

Yeah I really notice a big first move. Today was good. I ended up 3 points. The bad new and what made the day bad was that I was up almost 13 points.

At 13 I took a break and on last weeks discussion I wanted to stop. I should have. I should have booked it called it a day.

There's got to be some benefit to stopping while you're ahead.

However, like I said before, if the system works shouldn't it work? Even after 13 points?

Tough.

But I shall arrive, bloody, beaten, traumatized, yet successful.

Back to work tomorrow.

I'll probably change shifts soon so that I can trade every morning session.

That'll probably happen in 2 weeks or so. For now, I get one or 2 mornings a week.

Until tomorrow.

Its not stopping while your ahead, its stoping when you fear you might not be able to function effectively, you first trade tomorrow could be a loser to.

Dont under estimate how hard watching a chart move all day is and trying to make sense of it

Thanks TD. I think I do under estimate it. It's very draining as mentioned earlier. However, I also find it "fun" if that's word.

At work today. I'll replay today bar by bar, I should be able to trade tomorrow's AM SESSION.

I'll rearrange my work schedule when I find clear consistency live.

I have ALOT of review to do. Many questions need answered. By me of coarse. This shit takes time!

The issues is of you close at 13 some times you will go on to 30 or back to 3, don't let 1 day decide your plan.

I got attacked by a pyscho lesbian which looks like a bloke, they're creating lies and creating issues in the street so kinda distracted this week, 2 nutters feeding of each other aiming at me and a mate and others it seems, woman!

Not if the PA environment evolves and you don't pick up on it..., and evolve with it


Open to close - PA environment morphs ~ 1/2 dozen times - almost every day
