I have not used the IB TWS version. You can only run one version at a time, so I am running the version for IQFeed now. One thing I found out when I switched from Esignal to IQFeed was that my old continuous contract symbols from Esignal caused the server to crash. I would get that "Loading..." message in the Hyperserver and then it would start spitting out error messages and then go down. Once I removed the old symbols from the GS everything worked great. So make sure your symbols in the GS are the same as in TWS, as that could be the problem.
My only complaints so far are that I can't seem to disconnect a symbol with the Hyperserver feed like I could with the built-in Esignal feed, so I had to actually remove the old tickers from the GS instead of just disconnecting them. And you can't run the Online Downloader at the same time the Hyperserver is running for IQFeed (this is different from other data feeds, as I was able to run the downloader at the same time with Esignal). I was told by their very responsive customer support that the new version of DTN's API should fix that problem, but I don't know when that will be available.
Overall I have been very happy with it combined with IQFeed. It works just as well as when I used Esignal so that allowed me to cut my data costs in half.

Thank you very much for the link. I hate to bother you since you've already done me a great favor by posting the link. Did you have any trouble adjusting the times for the historical data from the hypertrader online downloader. No matter what settings I try with the Global Server, the data always comes in 5 hours off. Perhaps I'm missing something simple.

I would guess that its something in the session settings in the GS for the new ticker. I had to manually enter the sessions when I added the new tickers since they were not compatible with the built in settings for Esignal symbols. When I first loaded some bond data it was plotting 9:30-16:15 ET by default rather than the correct market hours.

I have recently setup above mentioned and whilst i am able to chart stocks i cannnot chart S&P and the DOW futures.Plus the dow has now gone from CBOT to ECBOT.
Symbols and exact setup info woud be very appreciated.Also emailed hyperserver and had complex reply below ,I am sure others are having simlar probs and hope details below help.
If I understood situation correctly TWS ACE market has separated on two ACE
and ECBOT. If so you need have two lines with two accordances in "IB
ExchangesCross.txt" cross file, located on "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Vendor DataFeeds\InteractiveBrokers" path.
Old accordance is "CBOT=ACE" row. It will be for symbols like ZN & ZB.
For YM (and probably SP) you have to decide which exchange in GlobalServer you're going to
link with TWS ECBOT one. For example you can use "UNDEF", in such case
you'll have to insert "UNDEF=ECBOT" in "IB ExchangesCross.txt".
Chosen exchange have to be unique! You cannot use same exchange in more then
one accordances!
And, of course, do not forget to change exchange in existent in your
portfolio YM symbols.
