So another liberal judge has blocked the second travel ban nationwide.

Trump should just use emergency powers and block ALL immigration so as not to single anyone out. He could avoid the whole specter of litigation.

1) Block all immigration until the liberals relent.

2) If congress blocks the wall, let the government shut down and simply keep it shut down. Nobody is going to care if a few federal employees don't get paid.

3) Walk away from Rinocare and kill Obamacare by EO.
 
The judge's reasoning is laughable. The state clearly lacks standing and if it gets to the Supreme Court, I predict that is the ground they will use to dismiss the case. In this case the judge based standing on hypothetical harms to the state's tourism and business interests, plus they found some imam whose mother in law might not be able to join them in Hawaii.

So you let a muslim immigrate, then suddenly they have the right to sue if you don't let in their entire family?

Trump should stop all immigration pending a Supreme Court resolution.
 
Another idea would be to just have a whole stack of eo's ready to go so he can continually sign new ones that are slightly different thirty seconds after these rogue judges stop the last one.

But I like just shutting it all down better, too. If they want to play games, show em how it's done.
 
The fact that one obscure judge can overrule presidential order puts us in a state of national emergency. Lock it all down. We are not at all safe under these conditions. Nobody in OR out.
