Federal judge allows Obama eligibility case to go forward

SANTA ANA, Calif. – On Sept. 8, U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter ordered a scheduling conference for Oct. 5, 2009, allowing the Obama eligibility case filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. on behalf Captain Pamela Barnett, Alan Keyes and others to proceed.

Carter wrote, “The responsibility for the progress of litigation in the federal courts falls not only upon attorneys in the action, but upon the court as well. Accordingly, the court issues this order.”
 
Who is this Obama character anyhow? What were his grades, where is he from? What does he really believe? Oh wait, he's so cute with those big ears and his little teleprompter, it doesn't matter...
 
Good for Judge Carter. I was beginning to think there'd been enough stonewalling that all of the thinkers (respecters of the Constitution) had just given up.

The announcement was posted by a pro-Hillary Clinton blogger who grudgingly concluded that Obama "likely" was born Aug. 4, 1961 in Honolulu.

Of course, it's distantly possible that Obama's grandparents may have planted the announcement just in case their grandson needed to prove his U.S. citizenship in order to run for president someday. We suggest that those who choose to go down that path should first equip themselves with a high-quality tinfoil hat. The evidence is clear: Barack Obama was born in the U.S.A."
 
Well, there is a footprint on the other BC. Maybe Obama will have to give a recent footprint, and it will go to footprint analysis?
 
Apparently there is more to his citizenship situation.

Some suggest he gave up US citizenship at one time, and later regained it. If true, he is no longer considered a "natural born" citizen (rather a "naturalized" citizen") and is therefore ineligible to be president.

That particular Birth Certificate came from where? Has it been certified a true state certificate?

How did the information get on it. Could someone like a relative sign a piece a paper and get it to state the state of birth.

It really doesn't matter where he was born since his daddy was a british subject.

Place of birth is just distraction, although it is the easiest way around it if he was indeed born outside the US. If born in the US there is still the issue of his British citizenship.

I kept telling you nutcases the SCOTUS would never hear this issue when you were telling me it was inevitable, and I'm telling you this case will go nowhere, also.
