Wow...people are really ignorant of the facts here. First off...when Bush was in office, he never overspent by more than 500 billion. For fiscal year 2009, the expected revenue was $2.7 trillion and Bushs budget only planned to spend 400 billion more than revenue. Unfortunately Revenue turned out to be 2.1 trillion when the taxes were collected so instead of going 400 billion over budget, we went $1 trillion over budget. The budget was not signed into effect until several months after Obama took office (march 2009 I believe) This gave time for Obama and the dems to add another 400 billion to deficit which gave us the 1.4 trillion dollar number. So you can NOT blame Bush for 100% of that budget, especially when it was OBAMA that officially signed it into effect.

Democrats (including senator Obama) took control of congress in 2007 and were responsible for passing the budgets. Fuck you, what you got to say now?

At he bottom of the chart it states the stimulus was assigned to Obama so Bush wasn't blamed for all of it
