i'm also wondering what those 25 yrs entail.. i imagine mom was a secretary at a broker, so 9 months in the womb and 10 yrs at stock broker daycare don't count. How much can you learn in 15 yrs after daycare is done?
 
FWIW gentleman, The effective funds rate as of friday's closing was 4.75%. Essentially, member banks have already cut rates. The target rate is merely a formality. The decision has been made.
