13500 came and went, however the DOW at this moment is sitting at 13447. Seeing these markets the last month, a 200 point move in either direction is possible after 2:15pm. I think the bulls take the DOW to 13550+ today, reason being, there will be no change in rates and the same wording will be used as it has been used for the last few fomc meetings that caused the DOW to run every single time.

I have some longs I will be closing out on any rally this afternoon. I would NOT go short into the 2:15pm decision.

no need to flip a coin, thats only 50% chance, the BULLS are getting a 100% chance in 5 more minutes.
