Fed "Put" replaced by "Kudlow Put"?

With the Fed (Powell) talking about "raising rates 3 or 4 times this year"... the the "Fed Put" is apparently on hold for now.

However... we now have Larry Kudlow, apparently Trump's "good cop", jaw-boning/flapping his gums almost daily... and each time he spews the markets bounce.
