Fed appeals court panel says most Obamacare subsidies illegal

how can you not get that Obama tapped Baucus to be his man because he was well connected with the special interests.
it was organized to be a sellout to the insurance companies from the beginning.

Watch that frontline special... the sellout was well documented.
The same group that organized the medicare part D sellout to wallstreets drug companies was used to create the obamacare sellout to wall street's insurance companies.

As I have said a hundred times... it was a party line vote the democrats were traitors to the people because they could have had single payer. They had the votes to pass any legislation they wanted.
If your point is the democrats could not pass single payer because Obama Pelosi and Reid and the rest of their leadership sold us out... I agree with you.

Gotta love this opening paragraph...

30 Jul 2014

"WASHINGTON -- A day before going on vacation and heading into the election season, Republicans in the House of Representatives passed a resolution Wednesday authorizing Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to sue President Barack Obama for what they say has been inadequate enforcement of the health care law they oppose."

Lol.

Meanwhile, Boehner...

"We have no plans to impeach the President. We have no future plans," Boehner told reporters after a weekly meeting with GOP members. Boehner has emphasized several times publicly that he disagrees with Palin and other conservatives pushing impeachment over their claims Obama's grossly exceeded his executive authority.

"Boehner said "this whole talk about impeachment" comes from "the President's own staff" and from congressional Democrats "because they're trying to rally their people to give money and to show up in this year's elections."

So the "whole talk" about impeachment comes from... dems, but Boehner disagrees with Palin and other conservatives talking about impeachment. Got it.

And dems are trying to rally people to show up and vote... now that's fightin' dirty!

And yet Ricter and Futurefraud will argue that . . .the cost of rooting it out would be greater than what we would get back in efficiencies.

Well, ya gotta admit - it'd be the government doing the rooting. And even in IMO, they're probably better at building cars, stopping drugs and curing poverty than they are at eliminating waste and fraud.
