P phantomflash Jan 30, 2007 #11 Are you sure you can go short? I would think they would only allow "closing" position trades, not opening position trades. More... Yeah, doesn't seem logical, but you can verify it for yourself -- just put in a sell order at a high limit price (high enough it won't be hit) and see. Much easier than asking in a forum.
