BRCD for FDRY will close tomorrow at 16.50 CASH.

FDRY trading 16.67 right now.

Why?

(I'm short above the takeout price right now, am I missing something)?
 
Just found this---

"Foundry anticipates that the previously announced conditional special cash dividend payable to Foundry stockholders will be about $0.25 per share."

So it's really $16.75.

So much for "free" money.
