Just spit-ballin' here... but maybe it's because the FDA granted EUA for their vaccine but doesn't want everyone to know "what was wrong/(criminal?) about the granting" until all involved are DEAD?

The only source for this file is Aaron Siri that made the initial claim on his website and his verbal comments which pushed claims of 2076. There is nothing in the legal documents or filing which indicates "The FDA has asked a federal judge to make the public wait until the year 2076 to disclose all of the data and information it relied upon to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine." beyond the wild claims from this anti-vax attorney. In fact the actual Complaint and Status filings mention nothing about "2076". Aaron Siri can form his "Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency" group as plaintiffs in his suit -- but the suit provides no realistic evidence of the assertions regarding the FDA asking the public to wait to 2076. The suit is basically a demand to waive the fees for "Freedom of Information Act" request for large amounts of documentation. as outlined in the middle of Page 7 (out of 8) in the Complaint filing. Aaron Siri is basically trying to get the FOIA documents for free.

Sadly Zero Hedge claims that the lawsuit documents show "The FDA has asked a federal judge to make the public wait until the year 2076 to disclose all of the data and information it relied upon to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine". Until the entire body of documents provided by Pfizer to the FDA are made available, an appropriate analysis by the independent scientists that are members of Plaintiff is not possible. Would the FDA agree to review and license this product without all the documents? Of course not. These independent, world-renowned scientists should be provided the same forthwith.

But I don't care, I don't have a dog in this fight other than to laugh at how you respond to posts - and the frequency in which you do it - all day every day.

It took the FDA precisely 108 days from when Pfizer started producing the records for licensure (on May 7, 2021) to when the FDA licensed the Pfizer vaccine (on August 23, 2021). Taking the FDA at its word, it conducted an intense, robust, thorough, and complete review and analysis of those documents in order to assure that the Pfizer vaccine was safe and effective for licensure. While it can conduct that intense review of Pfizer’s documents in 108 days, it now asks for over 20,000 days to make these documents available to the public. ​

I'm sure if the FDA will release it in a timely manner, everyone can go home happy. Something tells me he wouldn't have just made that up and gone through the trouble to file a lawsuit. Unless you are aware of some motivation I am not.

I'm sure if the FDA will release it in a timely manner, everyone can go home happy. Something tells me he wouldn't have just made that up and gone through the trouble to file a lawsuit. Unless you are aware of some motivation I am not.

You do realize entities paying for FOIA act documentation have priority over those refusing to pay. His suit merely is trying to force the FDA to provide the documents in an expedited manner without paying. I suggest this attorney hit up all of his "anti-vax" backers and get the funds to appropriately pay the copying fees for his FOIA request.

I would suggest he also hit up supporters for the money. But the claim does appear to be legitimate. The FDA is stating it cannot provide the records and is proposing a rate that is some 55 years in the making.

Let's note once again -- it his claim that the "FDA is proposing a rate some 55 years in the making". He has provided no evidence or letter from the FDA supporting his assertion.
