When or what time frame? Everything appeared to be baked in. If you have any information how Medicare will freely pay without strict oversight maybe.
You mean w.r.t. the poll?
It's informal obviously but my curiosity is roughly... would you rather buy on open tomorrow and sell on close this Friday, or the exact opposite? Something along those lines.
It's hard to write up in just a few lines but what I'm hoping to avoid are the inevitable "told you so's" a few days from now when people qualify their prognostications in hindsight. That's why I just left it basically as yes: buy or no: don't. I figure the Monday morning quarterbacking will be inevitable and, let's face it, could be part of the fun!
But, personally, I don't like to touch these situations with a barge pole. That's why I haven't voted.... yet.
Maybe a good way to think about it is, if you were going to pair it against XBI for the week (or term of your choice), which one would you be short and which long?
