Mr. Christensen, 65, noted that despite assurances by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that uranium could not leave the country without Uranium One or ARMZ obtaining an export license — which they do not have — yellowcake from his property was routinely packed into drums and trucked off to a processing plant in Canada.

Asked about that, the commission confirmed that Uranium One has, in fact, shipped yellowcake to Canada even though it does not have an export license. Instead, the transport company doing the shipping, RSB Logistic Services, has the license. A commission spokesman said that “to the best of our knowledge” most of the uranium sent to Canada for processing was returned for use in the United States.

Could still be there under US control for further or future processing.We have nuclear weapons in other countries that hasn't made it back.

ARMZ caused a stir when it purchased a controlling interest in Uranium One in 2010, sparking an exchange of letters between Barrasso and the then-head of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.


"Uranium One confirmed today that it has no plans to export Wyoming uranium to Russia, or any other country that may not share U.S. interests," Barrasso said on Tuesday, noting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission must approve any export of U.S. uranium. "I will continue to exercise oversight of the NRC permit process and oppose uranium exports to any country whose interests may conflict with our own.”

Uranium did leave the country. That is what the Senator told you. that is what you can read in the New York Times. And that is what you can see in other sources.

It turns out the Obama administration knew the Russians were engaged in bribery, kickbacks and extortion in order to gain control of US atomic resources — yet still OK’d that 2010 deal to give Moscow control of one-fifth of America’s uranium. This reeks.

Peter Schweizer got onto part of the scandal in his 2015 book, “Clinton Cash”: the gifts of $145 million to the Clinton Foundation, and the $500,000 fee to Bill for a single speech, by individuals involved in a deal that required Hillary Clinton’s approval.

The New York Times confirmed and followed up on Schweizer’s reporting — all of it denounced by Hillary as a partisan hit job.

But now The Hill reports that the FBI in 2009 had collected substantial evidence — eyewitnesses backed by documents — of money-laundering, blackmail and bribery by Russian nuclear officials, all aimed at growing “Vladimir Putin’s atomic-energy business inside the United States” in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The bureau even flagged the routing of millions from Russian nuclear officials to cutouts and on to Clinton Inc.

Hillary Clinton, again, sat on a key government body that had to approve the deal — though she now claims she had no role in a deal with profound national security implications, and during the campaign called the payments a coincidence.

The Obama administration — anxious to “reset” US-Russian relations — kept it all under wraps, refusing to tell even top congressional intelligence figures.

And when the Obamaites in 2014 filed low-level criminal charges against a single individual over what the FBI found, they did so with little public fanfare.

“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns,” one veteran of the case told The Hill.

Yet the administration let Moscow move ahead — publicly insisting that there were no national security worries — and no evidence of Russian interference, despite many lawmakers’ concern at the time.

There’s more: Until September 2013, the FBI director was Robert Mueller — who’s now the special counsel probing Russian meddling in the 2016 election. It’s hard to see how he can be trusted in that job unless he explains what he knew about this Obama-era cover-up.

The media, the public, pundits etc all fail to understand what the Clinton server/email scheme was all about.

Hillary set up an offline operation so that she could communicate back and forth about matters involving the foundation and what she could do for its donors/bribers without it being part of the public record. You start looking into some of this stuff about the uranium and other deals and the next logical step is to say "okay, what do her state department related emails say." Well, you can's go there. She conveniently fixed that. And when the House Committee issued her an order to preserve the email on her private server- BAM!- the following week 35,000 emails were conveniently deleted. Hillary argued that they were all related to her mothers funeral and chelseas wedding or the like- 30-35000- yet there are no official emails appearing or having been preserved for that same time frame so I guess the argument is that she did no work during that period.

Let a special prosecutor/investigator look at it. All of this putrid Clinton Foundation stuff- has been known for so long that I have sort of gone flaccid. In the years past, I would of thought that it would immediately would result in an investigation but the swamp suppressed it. Now there seems to be an resurgence of interest but I don't know if it amounts to anything or not. Wake me up when I see congressional hearings and a prosecutor in motion. That is possible and it will be for the good. But I have gone flaccid too many times watching the swamp suppress it.

Oh, and since this whole resurgence requires us to replay some things, let's not forget that there never was a time when Hillary's emails were not available to a serious investigator. Our own intelligence agencies have them and the Israelis would have them for starters.

As discussed, Jeff Sessions needs to be home for Christmas- starting tomorrow or else get his fingers out of his arse and appoint a special counsel.
