FBI Plot uncovered - is this Prima Facie Treason?

I wrote something like this on another thread.
But, if Trump gets a guy like Dershowitz on the team.
Mueller gets shown to be an idiot for bringing these tainted guys onto his team
Discover will be litigated for years and years until the sup ct has to decide.

At this stage if they were to charge Trump (and Turmp did not pardon himself) any good defense attorney will be able to raise a very strong reasonable doubt argument.

Can you imagine the discovery battles.
A defense attorney is going to ask for everything.
And bring up the fact that Mueller's team has a propensity to bury exonerating evidence and is highly biased against Trump.

Just the dossier alone.

I can't even imagine what the team will do about the dossier and what it was used for?

Indeed, in regard to your comments about Trump being able to bring up everything.

The dossier scenario is a multiple edge sword. Many, many government cases have been tossed and the defendant walked because the intel agencies would rather see an acquittal or dismissal than see their dirty tricks exposed.

So the government is in a tough situation here with the dossier. It may win in the short run if the committee caves and does not go full-subpoena-and-compliance but trumps defense team absolutely has a right to see what the basis for a warrant was and to do discovery all around it. If they want to tell the court they don't want to release it, then fine, but they better be prepared to watch the case be dismissed then.

Rosenstein and McCabe do not want to see all the files on the dossier turned over. And neither does Comey, to the extent that his ghost still matters.

This is about getting into Trumps business dealings, once that can of worms is opened up he will be done..Dershowitz is over the hill and specializes in appeals.Trumps legal team is weak.

Not sayin that Dershowitz is the right guy to take care of business, but let's just stipulate that if you know Mueller's history there is a reason why he might fear someone who "specializes in appeals." The trading community is definitely not the only community that has members that have a nasty habit of giving back all their gains.
