Correct. That is why Trump fired Comey, why Hillary hated him too, and why the Inspector General for the FBI/AG's office has been working with the oversight committee to rat out the political stuff that has been going on in the FBI, and why a special counselor is under consideration. The FBI is no longer trustworthy and does not command respect.

News flash: FBI agents are regular people. They vote and send text messages, they have affairs and conduct investigations too.
I am not saying this guy and his fling should have stayed on the case but does it give cause to shut down the investigation or fire Mueller? Hell no.
What I see here is a bunch of trump supporters scared of what the investigation might uncover and looking for any little thing to shut it down.
This investigation is way too important to our country. If we don’t investigate the Russia interference and any connection it had with the Trump campaign we are a banana republic. We might as well just pack it up and say it was a good run, America.

That's what the independent Inspector General is there for. To provide a middle ground. That's why he has been working with the committee to "share" his concerns.
He is the one that ratted out the Stzolt and gave the committee copies of his text messages and informed the committee that he had been fired and that stlotz had mistress who was also withing the agency.
