No they are always going to miss just like this..... the point is dont allow them to tell us we have to give up our right to privacy because they are supposedly catching the bad guys........ It would be one thing if this shit was like minority report and they were catching crime before it happens, but its a totally seperate thing when they cant even nail a text book case, and we are all supposed to give up our right to privacy as a result.
