FAZ/FAS math

These 3X ETFs are legal SCAM. Any sensible investor should avoid buying them. Avoid them in all conditions specially if you can't day-trade.

Don't donate your hard earned money to these ponzi players (Direxion Funds).

If you really need leverage, consider playing on XLF (or other SPDRs) options.

Page #7 clearly states that money invested in FAZ/FAS lost more than 86% since inception (as of 04/30/2009).

Forget about MATH of compounding and think over this 86% that just evaporated? Where did this money go? Do you see a TRAP?

Almost everyone trading in these high leveraged funds will be a loser in long run.
