Favorite screen size?

I'm shopping for a new laptop and I'm down to deciding on size. I want a big one but I can't decide between 16", 17", or 17.3"

What's your favorite and why?

Mine is 13" or 14" for portability and weight, if need additional size I'll just connect to an external monitor.

14". I only use the screen when I'm away from my desk. Have 2 27" 1440p (2K) monitors on my desk. Usually only use 1.

I've been using 13 or less for several years. I rarely have the chance to plug into external monitors so I'm looking for a bigger screen. 16 is the new trendy size but I'm wondering if the aspect ratio is better or worse for charting programs.

Do they make a matte finish 4K? I can't stand reflective screens and I don't want to use a screen overlay on my next machine.
