"favorite" or "like" for a thread

Two related concepts.

Ability to favorite or bookmark a thread. Of course you could use browser bookmarks, but doing it in forum also allows for scoring by how many people bookmarked it.

I'll bet #1 is where I get to add forum sections like "religion and spirituality" to an ignore list.
That way I don't have to see the new posts there when I click the "New Posts" button.
