Do you guys typically trade the same stocks everyday or jump around to the flavor of the day so to speak? I'm starting to focus on a handful of the same stocks everyday instead of jumping to the various flavors of the day...Seems less stressful and more consistant to me

you could always short them instead - no one says you have to go long every trade

I tend to do a bit of both. Most of the time I trade a handful of favorites. If there is significant news in a stock, like earnings, striking oil, etc, I will look to trade it that day.
