You do realize that the NIAID is a very big organization under the umbrella of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ?

Fauci may have signed his name on approving the funding but he was not directly involved in the experiments nor was he there overlooking the experiments considering he was elsewhere helping the President administration with other health duties as the director of the NIAID.

The question now, did Fauci as director of the NIAID stop the funding after he discover what was occurring, did he try to conceal what he discover, or were those directly responsible were disciplined/fired from their positions ???
