The Georgia law states that they are supposed to measure the actual weight and height at arrangement. They allowed (according to ABC News) Trump and his associates to self-report these figures -- giving them special treatment in a two-tier justice system.

Special treatment? So the Sheriff handling this allows the suspect to offer information that was wrong....The Sheriff must now become an un-indited co-conspirator..
