Problem here is local governments are not cracking down on fringe elements operating in these riots. The same players are being seen at several different locations all attempting to escalate the violence. The majority are coming from left fringe antifa association, they’re well funded and supplied.

I don't think anyone sprayed the Patriot. I think it's possible the Patriot sprayed the Shooter after hearing the Spotter spot the Patriots, and AFTER the Shooter got off his first shot. I'm saying it would not have mattered what the Patriot did, the Shooter made sure he got the drop with the help of the Spotter.
