LOL...not a bad name, but I don't wanna scam people into thinking the LLC is something, that it is clearly not.

"Capital management" usually goes in the management company name, not the hedge fund name. Put something like "partners" or "fund" or "investments" in the name, like "Oasis Fund, LLC" or "Oasis Investment Partners, LLC"

I think you have to put LLC, Corp, Corportation or Limited Liability in the name. At least here in Florida you do.

Thanks Aaron. I'm leaning towards using "Investment Partners, LLC" in the name.

Yea, I think LLC is required at the end of the name.

Aaron, the way your fund is structured, Schindler Fund is the actual hedge fund and Schindler Trading is the sole proprietership managing the fund, correct?
