I opened up an account at Open E-cry and the customer service is incredible. They are the best. If you want to talk to cust service, they are right there in the platform on a private channel online streamiing live chat room...or they answer on the 2nd ring! I have never heard their music on hold.....but it is live squawk at the pit....not Rod Stuarts big band Music. If you want live squawk for $50.00/mo you can get it through them..or call them and have them put you on hold....hehehehe, Just joking.

They have a proprietary DOM platform in C++ and so far I have been with them for 2 weeks. I am not qualified to comment anymore until I have been with them for 3 mo.

Futures margins Day= 1/2
Commissions negoitable, Pat Systems JTrader Avilable.
Nightly market Calls by email
Online Market signals IN PLATFORM!
Clear through Rand Financial
Can trade big contracts, CME, Eurex, CBOT, A/C/E, T-bonds, Eurostoxx...ETC.

No problems so far......and no surprises, yet.

I am going to be really pissed if I grow dissatisfied with them, after saying all these positive things.

I will be curious to see Fasttraders evaluation.

I'm slowly stepping up my trade size, and can't risk having TWS go down on me when I'm in a 20-lot ES trade. Plus, the personalized service at Open E Cry is great! They pick up on the first or second ring and I can get my broker on the line right away if I have any questions. They have a 24-hour trade desk and don;t charge extra for phoning in an order. Their platform is also superior to IB. It has built-in chat feature which I can use to chat with customer support in real-time and they respond right away. Overall, it's a much better package for me.

Will miss your posts for a month. Also waiting to hear how you like your new broker. Am looking to make a change myself. Also interested in AMT's comments about x-trader as I now use Strategy Runner w/o the strategies as I like their bracketing and oco as am a newbie

E S, I agree that comish is too high if I do vol and that is part of reason why I will make a move. But for now only trading 1-2contracts, I sure like the oco. Maybe dont trust myself enough just yet to pull the triggers on my own. Thanks for your input.

I'm not increasing size every day. I've just set a limit of 5-lot max size for now. I trade better with multiple contracts.

If you was trading 20-50 size lots today u could've just called in sick after your morning trades. :eek:
