By the way, not really on topic of fasting but, I got me one of those nice air fryers.....they cook really well and fast and easy. They can be looked at as portable convection ovens maybe but still really easy. I threw in brussel sprouts and set the timer and left it and it was done in 12 to 14 mins or so with a little bit of char.
One thing they said is that frozen vegetables come out soggy from the microwave but in the air fryer they come out firm and crisp depending on how long you leave them in for. I did it with frozen french fries for the family and I tasted them...tasted like they were fried (frim almost crisp) but no greasy feeling. Going to try it wit some other vegetables. Did chicken better than the oven too.
