Fastest Retail Trading Software for Collocated Futures Trading

I went to FIA this week to try and learn more about some retail trading platforms that might be quicker than my current set up the TTAPI. The problem is everyone seems to say they are quicker than the last guy without having definitive numbers. I would prefer to stay at an api level and not have to write to a fix adapter but am open to it if others have found it worth while.

In the end i am looking to improve my wire to wire time and more specifically reduce the spikes in latency during very active periods.

Anyhow I am wondering if anyone has been in a similar boat and who they went with. Also I would like to keep my software expense under 8k. Some vendors i found interesting were Stellar, RTS, Rythmic, and OnixS
 
We have good numbers and a good repoutation. More importantly we provide you with microsecond timestamps on the market data and on your orders so you can calculate your own latencies.

My issue is i would prefer to avoid the expense of duplicating a server setup at the exchange, the various software license expenses, and the time involved in coding such tests. When I chose the TTAPI, rhythmic was actually my first choice but I had been told that TTAPI was very similar or even quicker than Rhythmic with DMA. In the end i just assumed they were probably on par with one another latency wise and avoiding the capital cost of DMA gave the TTAPI the edge. Has anything changed on this front? Have you guys done any performance bench marking against the other vendors?
That being said after working with the TTAPI for a while now there are some things i dislike that are not speed related. For instance does the Rythmic API give you access to all the packet information?
