Fast & Furious assault rifle was owned by El Chapo

The ATF runs a program to channel guns to Mexican cartels. And the worlds number#1 cocaine dealer ends up owning a high caliber rifle supplied by the ATF program.

I'm not sure how one can lose the significance of that.
