Farmland opps

Don't know how many of you following the ag forums deal in land but if you do, you know how wild it is right now. We are looking to buy/sell land all the time. Please PM me with opportunities/ideas.

We currently have a decent sized tract of potentially irrigated land for sale. It's a significant sized parcel and has a market value >8 mil$. Also some development potential. We are not a brokerage. Midwestern U.S.

Farmland is not tough to invest in. Probably the most passive/easy of ALL real estate investments. You buy it, rent it out. No plumbing to fix. No shingles blowing off. Don't have to collect rent every month.
