Black Lives Matter to this guy.
Tell us more about how BLM doesn't have to focus on this stuff because "its not important".

Assuming it's true that the number of Black on Black murders is greater than the number of Blacks killed by police; I submit that the number of 'innocent' Blacks killed by Blacks is less than the number of Blacks killed by police. This is, imo, inter alia, why the focus is on police killings.
The name BLM doesn't mean that they investigate all manner of a Black person's life, to make sure it always matters. They aren't investigating whether Blacks are dying at a higher rate than whites in workplace accidents. They're leaving that to OSHA and shop stewards.
You don't get to decide what they should and shouldn't be doing; you don't work there, just like you don't work at ACLU, as you said above.
Rather than these regular citizens getting involved with trying to identify which gang banger killed which other gang banger; they leave that job those paid to do it: the police. These workers live in the same neighborhoods as the gang bangers. They have families. They won't turn themselves into a snitching organization.
Surely you can understand this logic.
Maybe if CNN and MSNBC ran this on a continuous loop for the next 24 hours we might actually be able to take a fucking breath and find some common ground.Black Lives Matter to this guy.

I'm confused by the idea that "All lives matter" is now deemed offensive hate speech.I'm just going to leave this here. This was the response to me suggesting BLM actually consider ALL Black lives sacred instead of just rallying against the cops. They are conspicuously silent when black on black crime occurs. As is the MSM. As is the entire Democratic Party. I wonder why.

Can I take that to mean that only black lives matter and conversely non-black lives do not matter? I mean, can a guy lose his job for saying "All lives matter"? Does stating that non-black lives matter somehow imply that black lives do not matter?
Morally and factually "All lives matter" ought to be regarded for what it is. Truth. The long version is that "All lives matter equally under God" which is sound and consistent with our judeo-christian origins.
Clearly "All lives matter" is correct and noble. All fractional decompositions of that are non-sequitur.
Either all lives matter or no lives matter. All Venn space between those assertions are immoral.
