When I first read the postings about Blue on this thread, I was shocked and scared, and could not believe what I was reading. However, I have now come to the same conclusion as most people posting here, that this is all a scam. We have been lied to by Blue big time.
I agree with Jquinn that it is time to engage the authorities. Blues behavior should come under scrutiny not only from the CFTC and NFA, but from several other authorities as well. The fact that Blue is a registered broker and CTA, makes his conduct even more unethical, and his broker status may come into question.
I will recommend all FDT members and others who feel they have been scammed by Blue, to voice your concerns and file claims with the proper authorities as soon as possible:
U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission
Division of Enforcement
Three Lafayette Centre
1155 21st St., N.W.
Washington, DC 20581
Ph.: (866) 366-2382
Ph.: (202) 418-5391
Ph.: (202) 418-5519Fax
Email:

I will also encourage you to get in touch with the following authorities:
Iowa Attorney General
Ph.: (515) 281-5164 Mr. Tom Miller, Attorney General
Ph.: (515) 281-4441 Security Bureau
Federal Trade Commission
Ph.: (877) 382-4357

The more people who act on this, the better the chances we may be reimbursed for the money we lost on this scam, and hopefully we can prevent other good meaning people from falling into the same trap as we did.
