For some reason the words "God" and "Magic" do not seem to fit well in the same sentence. Doesn't feel right.

Christians aren't cynical enough.
It may sound negative, but religion is ripe for people who love to control, no matter how good your intentions are/were to serve others.
Take any occupation, those at the top, if they have unfettered control, will use it to their advantage at the expense of those below.
The words "God's will" is the most distorted and manipulated phrase on the planet.
Those who believe in God's will are in for the plucking.

This reminds me of the pastor who went to trial in 2014. Taking church donations and spending on material things. It's no wonder so many people run from religion.

I think from now on I'm going to start calling my home a residential center.
