Can someone posts some concrete examples as to how they incorporated it into a trade they made today or recently.

great topic! what do you trade? i see at least some peolpe discussing here are trading minis and would think it would less useful compared to stocks... i personally trade listed
i watch the PREM all day and find it quite useful in a variety of ways... although you dont really know when a program is going off unitl after teh fact but if i am quick it makes for a nice trade, and even if not so quick it can work.... i guess if you subscribe to a service you can be in the know, but i find it effective and obvious w/out...

Are there any posters who have gone to the above mentioned seminars? Are they informative hype only, or do they give sound practical tools to help with trading?
